Successful organizations recognize that a regular engagement and an effective two-way communication with stakeholders are key licenses to operate and grow the business. A part of a healthy “stakeholder ecosystem” is the ability to engage in dialogue, not just monologue, to its stakeholders.

As stakeholder engagement is the bedrock of corporate sustainability for any organization, it is no wonder that it becomes mandatory for companies to include involved parties in their business activities & processes.

This one-session online program will focus on stakeholder engagement processes, framework, international standards and reporting. This will help the participants understand not just its importance and various modes of engagement bust also the effectiveness of such efforts.
