This three-session webinar on zoom will provide a comprehensive discussion on The New Government Procurement Act or RA 12009, effective August 13, 2024, particularly Procurement of Infrastructure Projects vs. RA 9184. In the absence of the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the new law, the existing one will continue to be in effect and its IRR will be the subject of discussion for this training.

The newly-enacted law supersedes the 21-year old RA 9184 and aims to introduce a fit-for-purpose modalities to achieve value for money, procurement efficiency and high-quality public services.
