TUESDAY, JUNE 4, 2024 * 1:30PM TO 4:45PM VIA ZOOM
The turmoil in the world continues – political unrest, fluctuating oil prices, natural disasters on a scale thought unimaginable, volatile stock markets, conflicts, health-related challenges, and climate change. With the current complex and uncertain business environment, how do you steer a course through difficult times as a financial institution or a service-oriented organization?
This is where enterprise risk management comes in. But unlike your usual risk management training, this webinar goes one step further as risks are evaluated based on business materiality.
In this session, we are no longer just focusing on the ERM framework and its program implementation but more on its effectiveness and alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, values, objectives, and key results. In short, the focus becomes strategic value creation instead of risk management and avoidance.
With the help of our experienced and Malaysia-based course director and lecturer, we will help you take another step towards securing your organization's future. Register now!
