This pioneering five-session online training provides a comprehensive comparison of the new law and its IRR vs. the old 9184 on the procurement of goods and infrastructure.  It includes in-depth discussions on the latest procurement modalities, compliance requirements, and strategic adjustments highlighting key reforms designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and flexibility in procuring goods and infrastructure. From streamlined processes to digital procurement innovations, this lecture delivers practical, actionable insights to help you navigate the new regulations effectively. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of sustainable and inclusive procurement practices, which are now central to government purchasing decisions.

For public officials, knowing these changes is crucial to avoid violations and legal pitfalls. For private sector participants, compliance is key to preventing disqualification from the bidding process. Don’t let lack of awareness put you at a disadvantage!  Enroll in this training to gain a competitive edge in government procurement.
