Atty. Alberto C. Agra


He is an election law expert and an Election Law-for-All Advocate. He spearheaded NewsWatch Plus 2025, Ballot Unboxed Newsletter, Artscards on Election Laws among his many election-related initiatives and advocacies.

His previous government positions include acting Secretary of Justice, acting Solicitor General, Government Corporate Counsel and Chairman of the Philippine Reclamation Authority.

He is a political law bar reviewer and professor of laws at the Ateneo de Manila Law School, University of the Philippines, Lyceum of the Philippines University and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila on Election Law, Administrative Law, and Local Government Law.

Attendees from the government are exempted from the P2,000.00 limit set by COA for attending training provided by the private sector based on Department of Budget and Management Circular No. 563 dated April 22, 2016.
