Join us in this three-hour lecture that will walk you through the essentials of titling untitled lands in the Philippines where a Torrens system of registration is being used.

This online program will help you understand the potential challenges of the titling process, its extensive documentation, legal fees involved, as well as how to navigate disputes with other claimants.

As the Torrens system guarantees indefeasible ownership, your property is protected against claims and disputes. It also increases the marketability and value of your property and assures smoother real estate transactions.

With a deeper understanding of the system, you enhance your ability to leverage land for financial gains, simplify estate planning, ownership transfer, and preserve your legacy for future generations.

Transform your untitled land into an asset. Register now and equip yourself with the comprehensive knowledge to navigate the intricacies of land titling.
