Adaptability and collaboration are paramount to the future of organizational excellence. Gone are the days when developing a team is focused mainly on jobs as the basic building blocks of an organization and that each member has a well-defined set of responsibilities that remains fixed until they are transferred or promoted to another position.
In this training, we will discuss the current trends and best practices in organizing and developing teams which is to perform activities faster and more efficiently, while responding to a complex external environment -- wherein teams need to respond to external demands while driving change and innovation. They must work collaboratively in various types of team configurations while being led and managed by a competent leader in every level of an organization.
In this half-day webinar, we will feature specific types of team designs that are becoming critically important -- process-based teams, project teams, and communities of practice -- while linking them to unique coaching and facilitating styles of leadership.
