She has been teaching mindfulness for industry leaders, professionals, rank and file in organizations both the public and private sectors. Her mindfulness training is also implemented in the Ateneo Grade School since 2015.
She holds a certification to teach mindfulness from the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She also trained with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies to facilitate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for people with depression and anxiety in 2018.
Currently, she is a mindfulness mentor at the University of California Los Angeles, U.S.A., a support mindfulness teacher in UCLA undergraduate Psychiatry Class, and coaches individuals across different ages struggling with ADHD, stress, depression, and anxiety.
This pioneering stress management training will teach you the foundational techniques in mindfulness, which are the best experiential exercises that you will find very useful in your everyday life.
