Many start-up founders and families in business are often at a loss as to how their corporate boards can truly add value to their businesses. This one-day corporate governance program provides both a comprehensive and practical roadmap as to how such firms can transform boards on paper to working boards that perform. Internationally-benchmarked but fully adapted to the local context, participants will be loaded with practical take-aways as they address the following key themes:

   • Value: WHAT value can a corporate board contribute to
                 the business?
   • Capability: WHO should be on the board and how can
                 they best support the organization?
   • Focus: WHEN and HOW should a board exercise collaborative
                 leadership?
   • Perspective: HOW can a board best facilitate
                 business sustainability?
