presents

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2022 * 1:30PM TO 4:45PM * via zoom logo

In his first State of the Nation Address last July 25 and later pronouncements, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., in no uncertain terms, underscored the importance and relevance of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) at the national government and local government levels.

He emphasized the expansion of the infrastructure development programs of previous administrations which will cover roads, bridges, water supply, agriculture, rails, airports, seaports, nuclear and renewable energy, health center, and specialty hospitals outside Metro Manila.

All these projects may be undertaken by the government with the private sectors through PPPs, BOT Law modalities, and Joint Ventures.

This three-hour webinar will cover these three. There shall be a presentation of and discussion on the different types of PPPs, the BOT Law modalities and its new implementing rules, and joint ventures by government corporations and local government units. This training is a one-stop shop to learn all of these.

If you are in government, be ready to implement the call of the president. If you are in the private sector, be ready to capture these opportunities. Let’s all get ready. Enroll!
