Course Director & Lecturer:

Atty. Alberto C. Agra

is known as the “Father of Philippine PPPs”. He is a Certified PPP SpecialistTM and Certified Regulation SpecialistTM. He has done over 300 lectures on PPPs and his PPP template has been adopted by the DILG and numerous LGUs. He is a professor of laws and a bar reviewer at the Ateneo Law School (1993 to present), and co-author of “Knowing BOT and JV”.

He is the current Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Reclamation Authority. He is the former Acting Secretary of Justice, Acting Solicitor General and Government Corporate Counsel.
