New documents, NEW RULES!

There are new sets of required bidding forms and templates for use in the procurement of consulting services. Its release by GPPB took effect on October 6, 2020.

This 3.5-hour online training programs aim to guide participants and enhance their skills in the preparation and use of the PBD 5th Edition for Consulting Services and the New Required Bid Forms and Templates issued through GPPB Circular No. 04-2020. This training is applicable whether you are the procuring entity or the prospective bidder from the private sector who wants to win consulting projects being bid out by the government.
