IQ and strong technical skills may get you promoted, but great EQ and knowing how to read people's body language is what gets you to the top. It is what makes you partner material of your firm or a more effective leader of your organization. Knowing how to read body language is what allows you to understand people better. It is what connects you to others and builds trust.
This unique two-session program is taught as a special foundational course at the Asian Development Bank to strengthen the leadership skills of all officers and leaders of their organization. When you have mastery of what isn’t being said and interpret the emotional information contained in facial expressions and body language of others, you can excel in handling and leading people, be faster in selling ideas, products, and services, be better in negotiations and more effective in building relationships whether in business or in your personal life.
He led the leadership training programs at the Asian Development Bank and created its online learning program that provided training and development services that grew to more than 40 online and blended courses. While serving as an advisor to the director-general for finance and human resources for 4 years until May 2013, he also led the re-alignment efforts that transformed ADB’s functional approach towards HR to a more strategic focus.
Prior to that, he also served as dean of the American Sentinel University for two years and change management practice director of Andersen Consulting for 5 years.
