Atty. Ungos has been a labor practitioner for 48 years to various private organizations and law firms.
He is a book author having written the following labor law-related books:The Law on Labor Standards; The Law on Labor Relations; The Fundamentals of Labor Law Review; Pre-Week Handbook on Labor Law; Practical Aspects of Labor Law; Agrarian Law and Social Legislation
He also served as the Vice President for Litigation & Labor at Globe Telecom, Inc. and as senior labor counsel at Philippine Airlines, Inc.
He is currently a labor law professor at the San Beda College – Alabang and De La Salle Lipa and a consultant and labor counsel at Globe Telecom.
