Course Description:
You have won a government contract and completed your part of the deal. The government does not want to pay the for infrastructure you built, the goods you delivered, the consulting service you provided. What do you do? There is an effective way to collect the money the government owes you.
Money claim is a demand for payment of a sum of money, reimbursement or compensation arising from law, or contract due from or owing to a government agency which could be the national government, LGU, GOCC, utility company, government instrumentality, government financial institution, government hospitals, and state colleges and universities.
The course is designed to meet the need of stakeholders in government and the private sector to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the nature, kind and elements of money claims vs. the government, the documents needed, and the procedures and processes involved to pursue money claims.

Training Fee:

Attendees from the government are exempted from the P2,000.00 per day limit set by COA for attending training provided by the private sector based on Department of Budget and Management Circular No. 563 dated April 22, 2016.
