Course Director and Director: Atty. Alberto C. Agra - He served the government as Secretary of Justice in 2010. He also held various positions in government as Solicitor General and Government Corporate Counsel. He provides briefings on this topic to help businesses on the challenges they face with this new law. He is a strong advocate of PPP, professor of laws (1993 to present) at the Ateneo Law School and a political law bar reviewer in the same institution. He is the author of the 2-volume Course Book on Local Government PPPs and the principal author of Knowing PPP, BOTs and JVs. He is currently the chairman of the Philippine Reclamation Authority.
