MANILA MARRIOTT HOTEL, PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES
There's a new set of bidding documents that is required by the government aligned with the new Procurement Law IRR that took effect on October 28, 2016. New documents, new rules!

This two-day seminar is to provide participants with a better understanding of the various provisions of the new Philippine bidding documents for the procurement of goods, infrastructure projects and consulting services. It is to help the procuring entities adequately prepare a set of bidding documents that will be responsive to the needs of the end users and to allow the prospective bidders prepare bids that will be responsive to all the requirements for the procurement thereby increasing their chances of getting government projects.

Failure to successfully conclude procurement projects are normally due to faulty crafting of the requirements in the bidding documents and the disqualification of bidders are attributable to inability to align their bidding documents to the procurement guidelines. Register in this seminar to ensure your success!
