THURSDAY, 24 AUGUST 2017 * 9:00AM to 5:00PM
This one-day special seminar is to address the clamor of all entities covered by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' (BSP) regulation to comply with the requirement of attending a periodic training on anti-money laundering law (AMLA) and its revised IRR of 2012 and 2013 for all of them to be updated on all recent government policies.

This will cover BSP circular 706 as amended by circular 950, all regulations up to the present and the latest trends on money laundering and financing of terrorism to provide key learning to financial system practitioners on global best practices to avoid being unwittingly exposed to exploitation by criminals, possible sanctions, fines and, in extreme cases, prosecution. Updates on anti-money laundering (AML)/ counter financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations would provide participants good governance best practices that they may use to mitigate business exposures to reputational, legal and regulatory risks. These and other discussions on practical tips and remedies against AML/ FT will be what participants will take away from attending this seminar.
