You have a strategy but you can’t execute effectively as with nearly 90% of organizations globally. You can consistently outperform others in business if you know the proven methodology, system and process used by most Top Fortune 500 companies to implement their strategies successfully. In this one-day special seminar we will feature the “Palladium Execution Premium Process™ (XPP)”, the world-class framework taught at Harvard Business School and developed by management gurus Drs. Bob Kaplan and Dave Norton who popularized the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map Principles and Practices. Their strategy execution program is popularly taught at the Harvard Business School and is the most widely adopted approach by globally successful firms.

The XPP provides a comprehensive six stage best practices management model designed to address one of management’s greatest challenges: how to link strategy formulation and planning with operational execution. It is a practical approach that enables organizations to plan, execute, monitor, test and adapt their strategy assumptions in order to manage execution effectively. This one-day training offers a hands-on workshop and a comprehensive educational experience complete from theory to practice and application. Attend and convert your strategy to results successfully!
